Be told straight away if a parent describes an emergency
A parent living alone may mention a fall or chest pain to a caller before they tell family. Hassist listens for exactly that on every call and acts within minutes.
Key facts
- Reads the parent’s own words for falls, chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, heavy bleeding and stroke signs
- Alerts the team instantly and phones family first, then local support
- The dashboard shows what was done, live, for 24 hours
- Always call 112 for a life-threatening emergency
What happens, in order
The call is marked urgent. The Hassist team gets an instant alert. Hassist then phones your primary contact, then your second contact, and only if nobody answers, your local support contact. Each step appears on your dashboard.
A local contact matters
Someone who can physically reach your parent is the part software cannot replace. Add a neighbour or relative nearby as your local contact.
No false reassurance
The dashboard shows only what really happened: who was called, who answered, and who is next. It never claims a call that was not placed.
Not an emergency service
Hassist is not an ambulance or emergency-response service. In danger, call 112 first.
