Refill medicines before your parent runs out
Running out of a blood-pressure or diabetes tablet is a preventable problem that nobody notices until it happens. Hassist watches stock, listens for “my medicine is finished”, and lets you order a refill in a few taps.
Key facts
- Upload a prescription photo or PDF and the medicines are read for you to check
- Stock counts down daily and low-stock requests are raised for you to review
- If a parent says a medicine is finished, a request appears with their exact words
- The Hassist team arranges the order only after the family confirms
Upload a prescription
Take a photo or upload a PDF. Hassist reads the medicines, and you tick the ones to add. Anything it is unsure about is flagged and left unticked, so nothing wrong is added by accident.
Requests you can trust
A refill request is created when stock is low or when your parent says a medicine is finished or needed. You see where it came from, which call and what was said, then confirm or dismiss it.
Ordering and delivery
Once you confirm, the Hassist team places the order and updates its status on your dashboard: confirmed, on the way, delivered. Some medicines need a valid prescription, so attach one where you have it.
What Hassist does not do
Hassist is not a pharmacy and does not give medical advice. It helps families notice and act before medicines run out.
Frequently asked questions
Will Hassist order medicine without asking me?
No. Requests always wait for the family to review and confirm.
Can my parent ask for medicine on the call?
Yes. If they say a medicine is finished or needed, a request appears for you to review, and the call’s Family Note mentions it.
How accurate is the prescription reading?
It is a convenience, not a source of truth. You always see the result next to the original and tick what to add.
Is my prescription private?
Prescriptions are visible only to your family account and the Hassist team handling your order.
