Step by step
- Start from the family dashboard. Press Maya Negotiator on the dashboard. Choose I have a quotation, or No quotation yet.
- Share what you have. Upload the hospital quotation as a PDF or photo. Without one, share the surgery, a budget between five thousand rupees and fifteen lakh, when it is needed, insurance, city, patient age, current medication and an optional preferred hospital and room type.
- Watch the progress. The dashboard shows three steps and the hours left: request received, Maya negotiating or finding hospitals, and best price or alternatives ready.
- Choose an option. Pick the negotiated price or an alternative, or ask for more options.
- Approve the confirmed quotation. The team gets the hospital to confirm the price in writing. You open the confirmed or revised quotation on your dashboard and approve it.
- Book with the hospital. After your approval the team books the appointment and shows you the date, the place and what to bring. You pay the hospital directly.

Tell us whether the patient has insurance. Cashless network hospitals and pre-approval can matter as much as the headline price, so the team keeps this in view.
